Venetto is more along the lines of a Valpolicella.

We are under construction mode here at Valley Brew today...another shelf is going in today for fermenters, carboys and space to set up test equipment!

Just a nice way of saying AR (anal retentive). I have been called that on numerous occasions. It must be the accountant in me. We are trained that way.

BTW, if you spell "number" with a "B", why do you take it out for "numerous"?
