I don't remember if it was Al or not but I'm bulk aging to 3 months 3/4 carboy if papaya wine from somebody's imput. I did add campden and sorbate.
 
Racked and added brandy to 2 gallons of strawberry port today. Had enough left over to half fill a 1/2 gallon plastic jug that I got juice in and had a bung to fit. Going to try aging for 3 months before I bottle. If it oxidizes in that period it was still worth not wasting.
