Most are wall mounted as they need to have pipes, etc run to an outside wall for the external condenser unit. As well, they are made to minimize vibration too, so wall mounting is usually how they come.
oh wait "free-standing" ones would include the cooler and the whole cabinet, instead of a room. You can get the good ones as small as 100 bottles, all the way up to 2000+ bottles in the large "free-standing" units.
