Greetings Forum!


Neal here in North Texas.


Making wine for atime andlurkingthis forum for pearls of wisdom, which have been found in abundance.


Experience hereincludes numerousSpagnols,Brew King/Wine Expertincluding the 2005 LE compilation, andCrushendo Santa Ynez Syrah.


My "vin de pays 2005" are Blueberry (fruitfrom an organic farm in Tyler (East) Texas), Cactus Pear, Cherry, and Strawberry.


Currentin secondary:Crushendo Mont. Vieux Chateaux and Selection Pinot Noir (George's special last month).

The Crushendo Santa Ynez Syrah looks to be a winner.Nice, ripe, black grape. Sampling at three monthsis astringent,bottle maturation will pay off.
 
Welcome Sparky! That's my son's nick name and for a minute I thought he'd joined us to get some attention! The cactus pear sure sounds interesting!
