Helo to all. I am a retired football coach from Ok. I love BBQ , Golf , and Wood Working. I have been retired since 1995 when I was 52. Just got back from Camp Gruber in OK. We fed about 1200 people from New Orleans . We cooked about a half of a ton of very good BBQ. The people from Cookshack let us use a new smoker the cooked 750 LBS at one time and two other cooker that cooked about 300 Lbs each. It was a great experience .

Coach, Being from the northeast my whole life I never had "Q" till
Hippie turned me on to Cookshack, now after having a smokette for 4
months, I am a BBQ junkie just waiting for my next smoked fix!! I made
my first batch of wine last February and have 4 batches going
now....caution it is addictive!!

Hi Coach, Welcome. I too spent some time in OK. went to Air traffic school in OK City at the FAA acdy, and in Norman OK. Look foward to your imput on the forum, and don't hesitate to ask a ques.
