Have my first batch going through primary now. Hope it turns out good.

Sunil came to the store this week and is making a Selection Merlot. I told him to come to the forum to meet a bunch of great wine makers.

Yes I am making a selection Merlot. Its bubbling away happily.


I have been reading about wine making for a year or so. FInalyy decided to try it out. If it turns out good, I think I will stick around making more.


Will update you on progress.

It will turn out good. Good deal that you studied it first. I would have never even dabbled had I not thought I knew the basics first. As it turns out, I knew nothing, but at least it gave me the gumption to go for it. Now I have more wine and winemaking stuff and empty bottles than I have room for. Woe is me.
