Licensing for Ontario Production

Hi,

I'm writing a comprehensive business proposal for a commercial viniculture operation on Manitoulin Island, Lake Huron, Ontario, Canada.

I would like to know the process is to obtain licensing/permits for the commercial production and sale of wine in this region.


I am also proposing the cultivation of rubus occidentalis for fruit wine production...Would the licensing be any different for this?
