Hello from The Sipp

I'm Carolyn from Mississippi. I have successfully made 3 gallons of wine and am afraid I'm addicted. The only downfall to making my own is that I have to mop a lot and wipe the counters as well as my hands, a lot. I started out a few years back with the concentrate and in a year it was awesome...just didn't have enough alcohol, like hardly any. So I went back to research and bought a hydrometer, siphon...etc. Now...I'm armed and dangerous. I have questions but will wait on those as I just wanted to intro myself. So far I'm enjoying the site!
