Filtered a KR Shiraz and let sit in a carboy for a few days (didn't have bottles available at the time) and when we did bottle it which was only 4 maybe 5 days later it had sediment in the bottom.

However when we let a Founders series sit for almost a month after being filtered there was absolutely no sediment in that one.

What would cause it to have sediment after being filtered? I know it wasn't Tartrate crystals.
