Powdery Mildew - 2nd year vine

Hi all,

I have some second year vines (no grapes this year) that are doing well, however they appear to have acquired some powdery mildew late in the season. Should I be looking at spraying now to control it or should I just leave it until next year? Not familiar with the process, so thought it might be best to ask someone with more experience in this.

FYI - they are pinot noir plants and I'm in Toronto, we had a lot of rain early in the year but lately its been quite dry with little rainfall.
