Hello All,
I am living in Southeast Alaska and I am starting to look forward to the never ending opportunities to harvest a lot of wild edibles in the area...
First up will be the incredibly abundant spruce tips I will have access to. Does anyone have a verified recipe I could reference? Of course I can find a few recipes online but just trying to gather all I can.
Also will be trying to variations of fireweed and other edible plants, and a version of DB (Using wild blueberry, nagoonberry, currants, huckleberry, cloudberry, salmonberry, lingonberry, etc...) that I will compare with a barebones batch I have going now (triple berry from Costco).
Any and all discussion is welcomed.
Thanks in advance!
