hehehe yes you are hooked. My cellar is about the same size as yours, however I have 30 gallons bulk aging and 30 gallons fermenting. Also looking to buy more storage..

Yeah Allie I forgot about the 23 gallons fermenting right now, maybe I should buy 2 of the 500 bottle units!! Oh well I better start drinking more, now that I know it's not just for breakfast anymore!!
