I'm agricultural engineer and winemaker. Right now I'm the fifth generation of winemakers in my family. I now work in our vineyards and making technical advice to other Spanish companies. I'm also a professor specializing in this sector.
I hope to learn a lot from this forum and contribute my knowledge as far as possible.

Hi, I do any type of wine. Right now: red, white and sparkling (Cava).
The brands?
Adriano, Babel, Barranc de l'Infern, Lágrima, ....
Quantities?
30.000 - 50.000 bottles/year
And bulk wine...

Do you "dry farm" on the vineyards there? I know some places have stricter regulations as far as irrigation goes, than the US does... Been trying to learn all i can about setting up a vineyard with no/limited irrigation lately - just curious..
