I would like to try and make a 1 gallon simple blackberry wine. My general question is this. The recipe calls for x amount of berries. I see everywhere people saying to freeze fresh berries until enough are collected to make your batch. But my overall question is can I use pre-packaged already frozen berries that you buy at a supermarket in their frozen food section?
