Would like to make a 5 gal carbon of blackberry wine from concentrate

But I don't know what to get. The one brand I found said one can for 3 gallons for strong body or 2cans for 6gal for weak body. If I tried two cans for 5 gallons, it would cost me about90 to 100 bucks!

What do you suggest for 5 gallons?

Sounds like Vintners Harvest 96oz concentrates
Its usually a 2-cans-for-5-gallons situation for a nice medium bodied wine - the one exception i can think of is the elderberry, i think that actually can make 6 with 2 cans

With blackberry, its either those concentrates or 5-10lbs per gallon of real fruit... Unless you wanted to try something from a jam/jelly or something like that..

Not many commercially sold blackberry drinks or frozen concentrates
