Hi folks,

Names scott, I've been reading this site for years as I learned to make wine. You all have been infinitely helpful. Anyways, a couple buddies and I just got permission from the TTB to manufacture a bit of wine and I figured it might be time to actually make an account and introduce myself.

Sooo ya, my second job is now to make 1 gallon test batches and recipes (sure beats my day job as a greeting card salesman)

So you'll be making wine commercially, along with your buddies, not just as a hobby for personal consumption?

On the side yes, but not that much, it's more of a hobby/job. And you can bet I'll still be making quite a bit for personal consumption.
