On Sunday 10/14 I bottled 30 bottles of the WE spanish Temp./Cab Sav.The wine was very clear with a color of garnet.I had 1/2 blt left over which tasted great

.Has anyone else made this kit,and how were your results?
 
I made this kit, but haven't tasted it yet!!!! I bottled mine end of August and really wanted to wait until at least six months to open. I tend to bottle about four 1/2 bottles and open at six months, log how it tastes, then wait another three and repeat. Cannot wait to try this one!!

I have mine bulk aging. I want to wait until after Christmas to bottle. That's the only way to keep my paws off of it.
