Hell yea. I dig the blend a lot. Just did one similar / sans the Alicante. Sang/cab/merlot 50-25-25. But I like that idea. Should darken up the color nicely which Tuscans/Sangiovese can often be light on.
Looks like it's all blended before fermentation. What yeast are you using? I struggled to get it all the way dry.
