I was looking into these and wondered how this would work for racking?I see they can be used to do the primary fermentation and bulk storage. My question is, do you need another equal in size storage container to do the racking, right? Or do you primary in another vessel and then do the rest in the steel tank? Again though you'd have to rack again at some time and just wondering what others do?

I have clean primaries that I use at first.
I then rack into the tanks.
When I rack again, I rack from the tank into the (clean) primary, clean the tank, then rack back into the tank.
I then rack into the tanks.
