I did ok.

A like new condition 6.5 glass carboy $20

A very dirty 5 gallon, very, very old glass carboy $15 -no threads or designs on the bottom. Very thick & bluish green tinted.

I'm looking forward to looking at wine in them all winter. :)

Electrified water company

Picked up a 5 gal glass water cooler bottle today.
Lady was putting long stem flowers in it
She let me have it for $10 and a promise to bring her a bottle of my current vintage.
Trying to clean what looks like sap off the bottom.
Amazing oxygen cleaner from the dollar store.
A chopped up green scrubby
A handful of raw rice.
So far about 70% of it loose .

Nice old thick glass but it has a small opening and I'm not sure what size that bung will be?
Good price but needs elbow grease
DITO on the full this winter.

my "new" 5 is the same. Very small opening & thick glass. Mine has no threads like the other 5's
