Been making wine since 2010. Started with a kit, but been mostly using juice buckets. Most of my wines come out great, but I'm looking to take the next step. Stumbled upon these forums and looks like there is a lot of good info here.

I got plenty of questions ready!! LOL

Welcome to the forum!

Moved from CT (Southbury) to PA (Wellsboro) ~2 1/2 years ago leaving many friends and family behind. Loved most of CT but CT is really tough for retired middle class folks on a fixed income.

So where in CT are you from?

I am in Burlington, CT - out in the sticks.
Yeah, cost of living isn't easy in CT, but we do love the area we live in.
 
Welcome aboard I lived in West Hartford for years. Make sure you use the search tool on this site it is loaded with info.

Where do you guys get your juice, Calli Bros?
M&M in Hartford has their Italian juices in.
I'm tempted to get another bucket, but I have 5 carboys full right now.
 
Maltose in Monroe, CT sometimes. There is a place not far from my work in Pleasantville, NY also called I believe Prospero Grapes, though I haven't actually bought anything from there as of yet.
