Brix vs SG

Not quite sure how to adjust SG in a recipe that says 22 - 23 brix. Is this = to 1.070- 1.080 SG?

22 brix is 1.092
23 brix is 1.0965

Or buy a hydrometer that gives you SG, Brix and Alcohol. Morewine has them for 6 bucks.
