Thanks for posting the picture of all your equipment. I noticed you even showed off the custom labels. Time to start using those carboys! An empty carboy is considered sacriledge in the home wine making world. I know I have 8 of them and I cry each time I look at them.
The labels were part of the kit and they do look good. I plan on starting on one every time I come home so it will be in the secondary before I head back out for two weeks. Don't want any sacrilege here.
