make sure to beat the heck out of the island mist, mine is full of CO2
and I followed the directions, I bought a vacuum capper today to test
it and it's full of CO2

Thanks for posting the picture of all your equipment. I noticed you even showed off the custom labels. Time to start using those carboys! An empty carboy is considered sacriledge in the home wine making world. I know I have 8 of them and I cry each time I look at them.
