More specifically LaCrescent. As I'm in full prep mode for this wk-end. I'm wondering what the general consensus is amongst you experienced wine makers.
I would be cautious with cold-soaking La Crescent. In my experience, the MN hybrids tend to have herbaceous flavors that can quickly become unpleasant when cold soaked for too long.
