It takes about 2 quarts of fresh basil per gallon. I had about 10+/- 3 or 4. I also added Concord grape concentrate (2 cans), and yes, I know, some people don't like the concord grape concentrate, but oh well, I added it.
It didn't change the color any, though - in case you were wondering.
It smells great.
It'll be due for a racking in about 2-3 days. If I'm not so lazy, I might even do it tomorrow.
