Sounds like you're in good shape operation-wise. What was your yield on the merlot?

Now that the fall harvest is close to over, I have a shot at getting a deal on a press and crusher. We'll see if it comes through, but at least I'll be set for the spring if it does.

They are still listed on his website. I haven't had a reason to be down near his shop in quite a while, but I imagine he still has them prominently displayed.

Im just finishing up with the syrah press right now, as soon as im done im going to check yeild, i do know that for the exact same amount of grapes tje merlot yeilded quite a bit more for some reason but seems a little light in color, the syrah yeild is less but is a really dark rich purple right now. Im just having a break from cleaning up after press, ill post yeild amounts soon.

Just racked the 15 gallons from primary with the AIO not a drop on the floor, smooth and fast.

On my iPhone, pics taken in landscape mode come out correctly. If I take them in portrait, I have to rotate 90 degrees.
