Hello, just joined the forum. I live in Alaska and will be making my own wines soon. I have been making kits for 2 years at a local shop, who just closed down. So I decided I needed to learn more and do it all myself at home.

Will be doing lots of reading and asking questions. Hope my attempts turn out as good as the kits from the winery turned out. I am hooked and can't stop now just because they closed down!!

I am sure I will need lots of help along the way!!

Hi, I'm from Australia, summer is nigh here, big season coming up. I imagine you might have temperature issues in autumnal Alaska?

Good morning from Soldotna. I make a few kits for my wife. Try Danger Dave's Dragon Blood recipe. It can be changed up easily.
