Today, I bottled my second batch of wine (Gewertz), at the end of the bottling, I ended up with one bottle only 3/4 full. Should I go ahead and cork it also or will that be a bad idea? Not sure whatto do. Any advice would be appreciated.

we all should have such problems..

DRINK IT !

Thats what I call the victim......

Sample that one and enjoy. Or you can get a 375 ml bottle and a glass and well you know what to do....... Bottoms up

Thanks for the replies. I'll drink it! Glad you didn't have to twist my arm

Do not cork it as the ullage(head space) will not be good and therefore I say drink up my friend!

We have several vacuvin corks and when we are done bottling a batch(we usually do several batches at once), we cork them with the vacuvin. They we drink them that day/night anyways

Whenyou get good at it, you will be able to end with 3/4 of a bottle every time.
