  1. Rack'd from plastic primary bucket to glass carboy.
  2. Not much to do but let it sit for 10 more days...
  3. The arrow is pointing to the temp of 73 degrees F.

Hippie -

Ahhh -- This is a "un-wooded" variety from the dry creek area of Sonoma.

"A fresh, well-balanced wine with typical Chardonnay characteristics of
tropical and citrus aromas and flavours. The fruit quality of these
grapes is allowed to shine through, and the rich, round mouthful
lingers to a long, crisp finish without the influence of oak."

Just what we're all advised to do - follow the recipe, do it "by the book". Still,
one feels like aging chardonnay with oak...

Thanks sideways. I saw that somewhere else and thought it sounds good. I might would even finish it just barely off-dry.
