I am going to co-inoculate i.e add MLB 24 hours after adding yeast. Opti Malo Plus says to add 5g/6 gallons with the MLB. Does anyone know if that is must or finished wine? Normally it would be finished wine because you would add after pressing.

When adding nutrients, acid, and the like, I always add based upon my estimation of the finished volume of wine. So for 10 gallons of must, which yields around 6 gallons of wine, additions would be based upon the 6 gallon number, not 10. A 60% rule has always worked out pretty well for me with real grape must, 60% wine, 40% lost in the shuffle, skins, lees, sediment, etc., YMMV.
