Does anyone know the lifetime of the WE island mists, in particular Island Mist Peach Apricot Chardonnay?

How about RJ Spagnols Orchard Breezin' Seville Orange?

Thanks,
Tim

Would anyone have an idea of the lifetime of a Wine Experts Selection International Australian Chardonnay and Chilean Pinot Noir?

Assume twin disc corks, added potassium bisulfate, and ideal storage conditions, I'm just curious of the wine's lifetime. I know for these it takes about 1 year for them to mature, I just don't want to wait 3 years and have vinegar.

Thanks!

I have had a few of these made as is with decent corks (not as good as twin discs) last about 3 years. I now add 3 lbs of sugar to them in primary which bumps the abv up to around 10% which doesnt effect taste much at all but makes these kits keep much better n the wine shelves and not be so wimpy.
