Boy oh boy did the yeastys do their job fast sg down to 1.004 so I
wanted to get racked fast. The mead hadn't settled completely from
removing the straining bag but there was agood amount of leds in the
bottom of the primary. Hopefully it will finish up and clear
quickly.
Yes I know patience, but I need my jugs. Maybe I'll have to order new
ones... Its amazing as I've heard in so many strings how these little
buggers seam to multiply. Maybe some 3 and 5 gal as I am saving my 6
gal. for choke cherry that I'll be starting very soon. I have a friend
that picked about 30 pounds last summer and vacume packed and deep
freezed. Ilike 1 gal/4 lt batches the best because I can get a bigger
varity in a smaller space but I love choke cherry.
