I want to make a Blueberry mead. I would like to make 6 gal. I need a
good recipe and a little help with what yeast should be used. Have never
made Mead before so would appreciate a little knowledge on what level
to bring it up to in primary without coming up short for racking but
not overflowing in Primary. I've seen a recipe or two up here before or
someone talking about one. Please Help! If anyone has a smaller recipe I wiil adjust to 6 gallon.
