I'm making Winexpert Vintners Reserve Cabernet Saugvinon and will try to age about 6 months after bottling. Will aging a cheap kit longer benefit it much?
Amazon has pretty god reviews about this. I know it won't be spectacular since it's a cheap kit, but is it at least decent? Decent for me is a $12-$14 bottle of wine. I will be highly disappointed it this ends up being Two Buck Chuck.
I'm following the instructions and will not tweak in anyway.
