Decided for my 5th batch I would repeat my 3rd boil with an added hop. The citra should add a nice flavor that will hopefully make this a nice summer ale.
Recipe is:
1# flaked maize

1# Pilsner malt

3.3 Pilsen LME

2# Pilsen DME

1 oz cascade (bittering 60min)

.5oz cascade (flavor-15mim)
.5oz citra (15 min)

.5oz cascade (aroma - 5 min)

Fermentis us-05 dry yeast.

I mashed the corn and malt for an hour. I separated the corn from the malt so I could make dog biscuits from the spent grain.
This should be about 5.5%, but I have yet to take any readings.

Wort chiller was put in a 30 minutes to sterilize.
Since I was adding the DME at 30 minutes knowing the boil would have to restart I decided to put the wort chiller in at that time

Bottling day.
Final ABV is 5.2%
