I am looking to see who sells starter vines in the Northwest Ohio region?

Also what are the best grapes to grow that are low maintenance and that can make a relatively easy wine (Red or White)?

I would recommend ordering from Double A Vineyards. I'm in roughly the same climate as you (central Indiana) and for whites I find Cayuga White reasonably easy to manage and hardy. For reds, Marachel Foch is the only one I've actually made wine from, I would not recommend it if you are looking for "easy". My Oberlin Noir has promise and I'm eagerly awaiting a crop of Marquette as I've heard good things and you could grow that too.
