So when I hit the brewery supply yesterday there layed a recipe for garlic wine and onion wine for cooking and marinating :HB This had to be done! :HB got them all made last night and this morning the house smells of garlic and onion :)

any tips on this from anyone who has made it?
 
I'd get a fermenting bucket specifically dedicated to these types of wine, I don't care how much you wash and sanitize a plastic container, after fermenting onion and garlic in it for a week....it is going to be in every pore for a while.
