Woooo Hooooooooo Martina. Wish I could be there !! Cant wait to see the pictures

Excellent pics and a very proud winemaker shines! You are a true original with most of the wines you make...kinds I would never even attempt!

Let's all drink a toast to Martina

Yes lift your glasses high.

As long as there are new wines to make.

Don't let her memory die.

That she was brewing the strange and bold

Was a challenge she adored.

And her love of sharing her homeade wines

Is to her, her greatest reward.

Thank you, Waldo, for the wonderful poem!

Well, the party is over, and I have to say ....

It didn't go as well as I had planned. Not many people showed up, and most of them weren't courageous to try different wines.

I'm sad, but oh well. Edited by: MedPretzel

Martina,

Your wines are beautiful. Your friends just don't know what they are missing! Margaret

Some more pics:

The table with the wines that were tested.

The cards that were next to the wines.

The only blend that was made was not recommended for further blending: Hard Lemonade + Pumpkin

And that was the only blend that was done.

Also, a greek girl said the tomato wine tasted like the greek Ritzina (I probably butchered that name, but that's how it sounds like). She said it reminded her of her communion.
