Hi all, Started my Blacjkberry today. This is 5 gal U.S pure Blackberry from Walkers Fruit Basket. SG 1.086 Brix 21, PH 3.2 Temp 70 deg. Montrachet yeast, 1/1/4 tsp yeast mutrient. 7 gal US fermenter.K meta added at Walkers to 50 ppm.
