Hey everyone- I plan on putting my Chilean reds through MLF this spring and was planning on using Bacchus. When I receive my packets, should I just store in the freezer or fridge until ready to use?
Also, I may purchase an extra pack just in case I get the urge to do a random red this summer. Should I keep this packet in the freezer or fridge?
