Packlab Paklab Stabilizer Pack

If you open up the Paklab kit, you will find there is no Kmeta nor Sorbate packs, instead, it has a "Stabilizer" Pack.

So I called Paklab today trying to find out, here is dialog
me: so what's inside
Paklab: it is Potassium metabisulfite
me: just Potassium metabisulfite
Paklab: there is also Anti Oxidants
me: so what exactly is the anti oxidants?
Paklab: you mean the exact chemical name?
me: yes. I am trying not to use the sorbate
Paklab: no, we don't use sorbate
me: so what's the content
Paklab: Potassium metabisulfite
me: ...like 100%?
Paklab: yes, 100% Potassium metabisulfite

Interesting... They probably have a different stabilizer pack for a sweetened wine or the sorbate is in with the F pack.
