TA testing

I think I have what I need to titrate test my wine. My wine is 5-6 weeks into ML. Some are about done (I think). My question is....can I test the TA now? Will it be the same level 2 weeks from now? I plan to test with ph meter.

The wine is from juice. Some local juice from Michigan, a couple from Italy and one from California. First timer here, and it has been a lot of fun so far. Learning something new all the time.

If its still in active MLF, yes the TA will continue to change as more malic gets eaten up and lactic is produced. The TA will be going down as MLF progresses.

So there is really no reason to test until ml is finished?
