CoolBot cooling

Just ran across this unit and it is rather interesting - - -


It is called Cool Bot and it is designed primarily for farmers and florists:

It appears that you can bring a normal window A/C unit down to 32 degrees. It was for floral shops etc to keep their products cool in a walk in walk out environment.


It may work well for all of our 'wine rooms' and at $299 I am thinking about it.

I actually saw one of those just last Thursday. We were at a meeting of our local grape grower's association. The host had just installed the unit. The cooler temp was at 38 degrees at the time using an air conditioner only - and a smallish unit at that. The cooler was about 8x10-12 feet with 6 inch walls. Very interesting.
