Vintners Reserve - help - I screwed up

I think you're mixing up your reading. You're probably at a .99 and the instructions mentioned .98, which puts you basically on target. Anything below 1.0 is pretty much as done as you're gonna get though they can go drier.

Sounds like you're doing just fine.

....and I'd degas fully before adding the clarifier. It might not make a difference but I like to make sure it's fully degassed before adding it.

Alright. I've been degassing with a drill and a wine saver vacuum pump for two days. Still a good amount of bubbles coming up. What am I looking for?

No bubbles. A few bubbles?
