Do you need to add campden each time you rack the batch?

I was told every other time should be sufficient.

I add once fermentation is done with sorbate and then just the sulfite evry three months after that.

If it is going to sit for like a year to clear and I was racking it every couple months or so I would consider adding a crushed tab at every racking. A Sulfite test kit is nice to have if you make a lot of wines from fresh fruit.
