Default Should I add to this Chardonnay kit?

Or leave as is?

I saw some really nice suggestions regarding a red wine down the forum list a bit.

Winexpert Selection International : French Chardonnay

I will be performing the Battonage technique on this wine.

I have only one suggestion: Follow the directions, do the batonnage you're planning, then forget about it for a year.

I made this as my first white kit and, unfortunately, thought whites were all supposed to be good to go after 6 months or so. This stuff is uneven and sometimes rough for the first year, but it's great after it hits one year.
