Just added the pot sorbate, pot. met and chitosin and still have alot of sediment on the bottom of the carboy? I used a drill powered stirrer (came with kit from george) and I thought I mixred everything very well. Is it possible for the sediment to settle that quickly or should I stir again??? I know the instructions say to mix all the lees in for proper clearing!!!!

Please help

Some of the sediment will settle very quickly. The important thing at this stage is the gas.

If everythings going to the bottom fast you should be ok. I on the

at the top!

can't wait to read the new article that George promised on degassing and get me one of those hand pumps to help get the gas out.
