I started my Vinifera Noble Liebfraumilch 3 days ago and racked it to glass today. My especially good little helper ( granddaughter Caydence ) Got to spend the night and jumped right in to help papa.

Here are some pics

The wine looks great andthe little helper looks even better. You certainly didn't work hard on that transfer. Let the pump handle it and even had someone to hold the racking cane!

Looks great! It is nice to have a helper when making wine. Wine making should be a social event.

I am making my second batch of that. It is very good. Wish I had the little helper you got. I bet when your bottling she'll get a kick out of just handing you the corks and handling the bottles. Memories like this will never leave a grandchilds head.

Looks great!

Nice job on the automated transfer as well. Like George said in one of the videos wine making takes three hands so looks like you had things covered nicely.

That's a pretty sight Bob, the wine not the snow in the background.

I agree the wine looks good enough to drink. The snow, you can keep!

Nice work, Bob. Clear as a bell. Now, if I just had an e-straw.
