I recently made a Mosti Masters Edition All Juice Cab kit. The kit came with 90 grams of French oak chips. Does anyone know what toast level these kits contain? I want to layer my oak flavors by adding more oak during bulk aging so was wondering. I e-mailed Mosti weeks ago but no reply, surprise, surprise. It seemed light in color so I assumed medium toast.

Georges site says its heavy toast but doesnt say if its American or Hungarian or French.
