Default Bottled SP Question

Ok I bottled up a 5 gallon batch of triple berry skeeter pee. It was bottled up for about 2 to 3 weeks before we opened the first bottle. My wife said it was to bitter for her to drink, but it tasted stronger then the lemon pee. My question is, will the bitterness go away over time? If so how long should I let it age before trying another bottle?

it should mellow out a little with age... its the berries that give it the bitterness. Periodically open a bottle and try it...
